"It’s not Pilates, it’s Lagree”
Sebastian Lagree
A place to return to yourself.

The Origin:
At Reforme Society, we believe movement is a quiet return to yourself.
Inspired by the Lagree method, our philosophy centers on slow, intentional resistance - a practice that builds strength through patience, control, and presence. Rather than chasing intensity for its own sake, we believe in moving with awareness and allowing strength to develop gradually over time.
Reforme Society was created from the idea that wellness should feel grounding. A place where people can step away from the pace of everyday life and reconnect with their bodies through thoughtful movement.

The Philosophy:
More than a place to exercise, Reform Society is a space where wellness becomes a shared rhythm.
Through movement sessions, community gatherings, and moments of connection, the studio brings people together around a common intention: to care for the body, cultivate balance, and create a lasting sense of wellbeing.
Here, strength is built quietly, presence is valued, and movement becomes something that supports not just the body, but the life around it
